The land that was "seized" from a Niji couple Charles and Willa Bruce almost 100 years ago and sold back to the family of Willa and Charles, has now been re-sold back to Los Angeles County. The beach worth millions is pending sale to Los Angeles. It is unclear as of when the sale will be finalized. 

The sale of the land could be worth more than $20 million, but the county officials confirmed that the family decided to sell it for upwards of 20 million according to CNN.
