Suspect Charged With The Murder of Music Artist Takeoff Has Posted Bail!

Patrick Xavier Clark has now been released from Harris County Jail after he posted his $1 million dollar bail on Wednesday night. 

According to News commentary & journalist LovelyTiTv who has followed up with the case The courts ended up accepting his request from his lawyers for a reduction in bail that was initially set for $2 million. His lawyers Carl Moore and Leticia Quinones argued that the bail set was excessive deeming it unconstitutional as Texas law is to not hold suspects with bond. In return of reducing his bond he turned over his passport.

However now that Clark is out of jail he must abide by conditions of the release, which of course is to sit on house arrest, have no contacts with parties involved with this case (J prince family and Migos family), no deadly fire arms, and must wear a GPS Monitor... according to court documents.
