Woman found deceased inside of her car:

Anndel Taylor, 22, was found deceased inside of her car in Buffalo, NY after being trapped inside of her car due to the major blizzard that some even call "a monster snow storm". Anndel's family is speaking out and has mentioned that they tried to call the police and no help was sent. Anndel's last message sent from her phone was "they don't gaf man I stg" during the blizzard. Over 60 are dead with 34 killed in the hardest hit area- Buffalo, NY

A 64 year old man by the name of Joey (Joe) was found in the blizzard that hit Buffalo, Ny by a woman and her boyfriend, She described Joe to have severe frost bite and was calling out for help while in the snow, she went on "this man's hands were frozen stuck to a grocery bag he used to try to keep his hands warm, we blowdried his hands and his pants that were stuck, I've tried calling the police, national guard, or anybody that would be able to help this man, I've even had a telecommunication with a hospital who said his frost bite will get worse if untreated and I am unable to manage him any further, please... somebody come and help"
